- These By-laws will come into effect from the date of its approval by the Board of Trustees. Any action taken or expenditure or liability incurred prior to the date on which these Bylaws come into effect, shall not be invalid on the sole ground that these Bylaws had not come into effect at the date when the action was taken or expenditure or liability incurred.
